Senior Executive Business Development (Inside Sales)

Locations: Coimbatore & Chennai.

What are we looking for ?

  • Male / Female Graduates with work experience of 2 to 3+ years in an outbound calling
  • Experience in lead generation, cold calling & mapping solution to client pain points
  • Fluency, Neutral accent with good listening ability & telephone handling skills
  • Having excellent written & verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficient in internet research, Email and MS Office packages
  • Quick to learn with a strong attention to detail

Responsibilities :

  • Make phone calls to businesses or private individuals in order to generate interest, fix appointments for our sales team and solicit sales for our products & services
  • Ability to make outbound international calls to customers
  • Obtain names and contact numbers of potential customers from sources such as Internet, telephone directories, business cards and to follow up initial sales leads
  • Explain products or services and answer queries from customers
  • Ability to deal with different types of customers with passion for client acquisition
