Senior Executive Client Solutions

Location: Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Kolkata, Pune

Experience: 1-8 years

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a relationship with clients
Identify and research potential markets for expansion of business
Regularly following up clients to ensure that they are satisfied with the services
Handling client queries
Preparing presentation and introducing SkillEase to clients
Understand the client's requirement and elucidate it to the operation team
Conducting “Talent Hunt” programs at regular intervals
Planning and organizing Campus Recruitments
Identify the areas which can hamper the day to day work process
