Senior Executive - Company Secretary - Bangalore

Job Description:

To support and execute the secretarial activities of the Company in order to ensure compliance of rules and regulations under applicable laws. The job is also responsible for supporting the Company Secretary in all matters related to legal and Corporate Governance and ensuring that there are no non-compliances. The job also provides support for various corporate restructuring exercises including fund raising, merger, demerger, amalgamation and open offer etc. Annual General Meeting Assist my Manager in organising Annual General Meeting of the Company.
Compliance and Governance Assist my Manager in ensuring compliance with the requirements of Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, Stock Exchanges and Depositories.
Statutory Registers and Records Assist my Manager in maintenance of all the Statutory Registers required under various applicable laws and to ensure timely updating of the same.
Annual Report Support my Manager in all the activities w.r.t. drafting and printing of the Annual Report of the Company.
Insider Trading Assist my Manager to ensure the compliances under Insider Trading Regulations.
MCA filings Assist my Manager in all the quarterly/ half-yearly/ yearly and event based filings with the MCA.
Investor Complaints Assist my Manager in resolving Investor Complaints filed with Regulatory Authorities.
Updating website for all Investor Contents Assist my Manager in ensuring real-time updating of website for all Investor Contents and Mandatory requirements as per the applicable laws.
