ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Management Information Reports
- Preparation of various MIS reports on a monthly basis within stipulated time and as & when required by the management
- Running allocation cycles at Month end in an automated environment (SAP)
- Business wise reporting, variance analysis with detailing and meetings with the IBUs within the organization.
- Preparation of Project wise profitability/ Customer profitability Reports
- Preparation of Return on Investment (ROI) report
- Financial Planning and Analysis
- Detailed analysis of Order Booking, Revenue and Costs which includes:
- Analysis of the data prepared and providing detailed analytical report and support in presenting before Senior Leadership Team for review and input
- Suggesting variances and areas of improvements
- Preparations and Support in presentations for various meetings and stakeholders which includes internal reviews, Board, CFO office and other related requirements
- Board presentation and other presentations for the Board
- Timely updating and release of Corporate Presentations, which includes:
- Preparation of Board presentation on a quarterly basis
- Other presentation for the Board circulations
Subsidiary Financials update:
- Budgeting exercise for the Financial Year : Preparation of annual budget / forecast for Company which includes:
- Budget kick-off
- Budget preparation
- Budget monitoring
- Variance reporting
Investors Relation:
- Support in handling investor relations especially in the areas of quarterly requirements like Press release, Earnings presentations, Investor calls, Q&As
- Coordination for Investor meetings
- Competition benchmarking
Other Activities includes:
- Preparation of Various financial and other report related to annual report like MDA, Risk management report and ratio analysis.
- Preparation of Quarterly reports, data sheet and other financial sheets, IR presentations for the website
SYSTEMS:
- Advance knowledge of MS excel
- Advance knowledge of MS Power Point
- Note: as the role requires extensive use of both MS excel and power point, advanced working knowledge of both is mandatory for this role
Basic knowledge of the SAP domain
Driving various automations in SAP

Qualification :
- QUALIFICATION & BACKGROUND/WORK EXPERIENCE
- MBA (Finance) from a reputed Institute
- A strong background of Management Reporting and FP&A function is essential
- Experience in an automated SAP environment preferably in a service industry of 3 – 4 years post qualification experience.
