Responsibilities:

Overseeing the development and implementation of new policies and procedures that align with organizational goals
Managing the hiring, training, and firing of employees within their organization
Maintaining an understanding of current industry trends to keep the company competitive in its field
Developing a vision for the company’s future and communicating this vision to employees
Managing the organization’s finances by creating budgets and monitoring spending to ensure it is within set limits
Conducting exit interviews with departing employees to determine why they are leaving the company
