Qualification: MBA with upto 3 years’ experience in campus placements (preferably of engineering students),sales, CRM or institutional business development.

Skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills, analytical ability, diligent, detail oriented.

Job Profile: Moderate travelling upto 10 days a month, network and connect with potential recruiters and persuading them for conducting recruitment drives, meet the executives in HR and related roles, coordinate their visits for campus recruitment, strengthen linkages between industry professionals and the university and ability to work on targets. Managing backend work like internship & placement records, coordinating with students and other departments, companies’ database, filing etc.
