Senior Executive - Marketing jobs in Noida at Project42 Labs

Responsibilities :

Develop and Manage campaigns, day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, from creative brief through deployment.
Experience building narratives and marketing materials to drive growth through marketing.
Work with external vendors to develop content that is segmented, personalized and drives overall marketing messages.
A/B test programs to create an evolving set of best practices.
Analyze campaign performance and trends vs. goals and share insights and recommendations.
Manage improvements to current campaigns, templates and/or functionality and be the in-house expert on strategies and industry best practices.
Effectively collaborate with internal and external business partners to ensure overall campaign performance, including implementing new technical functionality, list hygiene best practices and ensuring deliverability.
Develop and optimize marketing specific programs and promotions

Qualifications :

1+ years of B2B marketing experience with some of that time focused on finding new customers.
Deep understanding of the customer acquisition funnel and the mindset of consumers at each point.
Experience working with on a marketing/sales profile.
Obsessed with creativity and result oriented action plans Basic copywriting and graphic designing skills will be a plus.
Experience with direct campaign management online and offline.
Incredibly organized with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A detail-oriented, self-motivated, multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
