Senior Executive - Recruitment (West),Retail HR - Mumbai

Job Description:

Sourcing of candidates from cost effective sourcing channels. Telephonic Screening of Candidates and Interview Scheduling. Documentation of Interview Feedbacks & Background Verification.
Create and maintain a database of candidates and the status of the candidates.
Updating the Positions as closed/Open in MIS report basis data received from third party. Ensure that new joiners submit the joining documents before joining or within one week of joining by regular follow up.
Market Mapping for recruitment (candidate has to travel to multiple market from base location)
Competition Mapping, Salary Benchmarking
Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts
Post update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
Prepare HR-related reports as needed
Participate in organizing company events and careers days
Back end administrative work for engagement activities, Star Awards & Open Houses.
Launching Quarterly PMS, Closure of PMS ratings in the system, Exception Reporting (Only Backend Collation work to be done by Regional Ops Executive). To be shared with Central Ops Executive succeeding the quarter.
Exit interview for CCA's (who have given notice before LWD). Post this, Central Ops Executive to be informed for Exit Interview clearance.
To roll out offer letter for front end MFL employees.
Responsible for taking joining confirmation, Onboarding and insurance updating
Campus partnering/scheduling
To address the grievances to AHRs

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree
