JOB TITLE: Senior Executive – Telesales

LOCATION: Chennai
BASIC FUNCTION: Responsible for generation leads as per target set for monthly basis.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Making calls and fixing appointments with clients as per the target set.
- Sending bulk mailers as per the target.
- Adding client database.
- Create awareness among the prospects about the Success Stories of our existing clients.
- Gaining professional relationship with the prospects and following up on their requirements.
- Generate quality leads with 100% fitment and low rejection rate.
- Uploading the Leads generated to allocate them to the Sales in a timely manner.
- Work vigorously to achieve the Closure Target for Every Financial Year.
- Follow up with the sales and Close.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Management or Business Administration.
- Advanced degree desirable.
Experience:
- Graduate / Post graduate with 2 plus years of Telemarketing/Telecalling experience.
- Should be an effective in communication, negotiation and personal grooming.
