Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting and Analysis:
o Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, cash flow statements, and financial forecasts, Periodically P&L Statements
o Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and performance evaluation.
Accounts Payable & Receivable :
o Supervise accounts payable and receivable functions
o Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
o Ensure Accurate and timely salary transactions and reconciliation of the same on a monthly basis.
General Ledger Management:
o Prepare and oversee the general ledger and chart of accounts.
o Reconcile accounts and manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
o Maintain a well-organized and accurate accounting system.
Financial Compliance:
o Ensure compliance with local and PAN India financial laws and regulations.
o Assist in tax planning and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
o Prepare and review tax filings, including income tax, GST, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax and other applicable taxes.
o Monitor and Address Tax Related issues
Financial Planning and Strategy:
o Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the organization's objectives.
o Forecast financial trends, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.

Cash Management:
o Optimize cash flow and liquidity management.
