Minimum 0-2 years of experience in French Language as a Translator or Interpreter
Certified A2/B1 French Language is mandatory

Preferred Education: Master's Degree

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience:

Working knowledge of ERP environment preferred

Job Description:

Processing of Import/Export/Document checking trade finance transactions following the process Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Initial scrutiny/verification of documents
Retrieval of transactions from Filenet, validation of transactions, input/ updating of data into iVision
Input data in filenet and forward for validation
Creation of SWIFT messages and discrepancy notes
Scrutiny / verification of documents. Authorize transactions (Validation of data in iVision)
Ensure prompt error free/accurate transaction processing while meeting the prescribed turnaround times and service delivery standards
Identify transactions as “complex” wherever applicable
Create and send throwbacks Sending transactions back to the in putter for review wherever necessary
Ensure adherence to internal guidelines, ICC guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Highlight to DHS any procedural modifications that may be required from time to time
Participate and contribute in Continuous Improvement initiatives driven by Territory Manager
