Senior French Language Specialist

Required Education: Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
  • Minimum 0-2 years of experience in French Language as a Translator or Interpreter
  • Certified A2/B1 French Language is mandatory
  • Proven work ethics, maturity and leadership qualities

Preferred Education: Master's Degree

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience:
  • Working knowledge of ERP environment preferred

Job Description:
  • Processing of Import/Export/Document checking trade finance transactions following the process Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Initial scrutiny/verification of documents
  • Retrieval of transactions from Filenet, validation of transactions, input/ updating of data into iVision
  • Input data in filenet and forward for validation
  • Creation of SWIFT messages and discrepancy notes
  • Scrutiny / verification of documents. Authorize transactions (Validation of data in iVision)
  • Ensure prompt error free/accurate transaction processing while meeting the prescribed turnaround times and service delivery standards
  • Identify transactions as “complex” wherever applicable
  • Create and send throwbacks Sending transactions back to the in putter for review wherever necessary
  • Ensure adherence to internal guidelines, ICC guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Highlight to DHS any procedural modifications that may be required from time to time
  • Participate and contribute in Continuous Improvement initiatives driven by Territory Manager
