Roles and Responsibilities

- Our design team is seeking a talented and creative graphic designer. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing and producing digital and print assets for internal and external purposes.

If you are a skilled graphic designer, have a passion for making brands look good, and want to play an important role in creating eye-catching, on-brand designs for MITRON, this is the job for you.

- The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller and able to transform information, messages, and concepts into high-quality assets that educate, inspire, and accurately depict and promote the brand, keeping in mind the visual language and brand tone.

- The candidate is highly collaborative, organized, efficient, a master multi-tasker and capable of partnering with stakeholders to solicit input; respond to and integrate feedback; manage and track schedules and production milestones.

- We are ideally looking for a candidate who is interested in working in a fast-paced environment because we are a company that is growing very rapidly. Though you will be majorly working in the design team, we have a very collaborative approach for all things.

- You will also get an opportunity to voice your opinions and ideas in various domains. Along with some big responsibilities, you will definitely have a good learning curve because you will be a part of the most dynamic firm there is.

Skill Sets:

- Be proficient with AdobePhotoshop and Adobe Illustrator., Coral Draw

- Have an understanding of how social media works and how people interact with social media creatives.

- Have a good hand at layouts and typography.

- Knowing the basics of motion graphics  would be an added

Qualification:   BFA,B.SC, B.TECH

Experience: 6 Years to 15 Years 

Salary Range(In Rupees): Rs.28000-45000
