Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Recruitment: Developing and executing recruitment plans, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews
Onboarding: Coordinating the onboarding process for new employees and supporting their integration into the company culture
Performance management: Creating and implementing performance appraisals to help management make decisions about promotions and role changes
Policy implementation: Implementing HR policies, such as those for recruitment, compensation, and leave
Employee engagement: Promoting HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace, and engaging employees to improve their bonding with their team

Skills:

Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
