Responsibilities:
1. Manage End-to-End recruitment cycle
2. Periodic meeting with the Internal & External Stakeholders to discuss roles, responsibilities and requirements
3. Drafting JDs and advertising jobs on careers page, job portals, social media & recruitment agencies
4. Sourcing potential candidates using various job portals & professional forums like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
5. Screening incoming resumes, job applications and proactively reach out to potential candidates
6. Conduct initial phone screening, scheduling calls and interviews with candidates
7. Solicit and pursue referrals from business networks and/or internal referrals
8. Maintaining Recruitment database and submission of MIS reports
9. Ensure post selection documentation and adherence to the recruitment process/compliance
10. Conduct on-campus and off-campus fresher recruitment
