Minimum
of 2-3 years of experience, preferably within Human Resources.
Handling
end-to-end recruitment process.
Develop
and update job descriptions and job specifications.
Perform
job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
Work
closely with hiring to develop position profile and to understand overall needs
and requirements.
Conduct
interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to
filter candidates within schedule.
Schedule
interviews, co-coordinated with the shortlisted candidates for next levels of
interviews till closure.
Conduct
initial induction to newly hired employees
Compile
and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Good
negotiation skills are required to discuss the pay and close offers
