Key responsibilities:
Design and develop instructional materials, including online courses, job aids, and assessments, as per instructional design standards.
Collaborate with internal team members, subject matter experts (SMEs), and stakeholders to analyze learning needs and define learning objectives.
Utilize instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy) to create engaging and effective training solutions.
Develop interactive and multimedia-based e-learning content using authoring and video editing tools.
Integrate learning technologies, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), gamification, and microlearning strategies, to optimize learner engagement.
Knowledge of the latest accessibility standards and their implementation in courses.

Good to have knowledge: Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Suite
Required skills: Articulate Storyline and Rise, Adobe Captivate, iSpring, Camtasia, Canva, Powtoon, PowerPoint Presentation, and JavaScript for creating customized triggers in Storyline and knowledge of default triggers in the authoring tools.
