Role: Sr IT Recruiter  

Job Profile:

• End-to-end recruitment in SAP & Software Skills (Contract Hiring) using Social Media & job-posting based Hiring
• Managing clients & Leading team  in IT Staffing/Perm Rrecruitment delivery post one month
• Option to lead the team & manage region
•  Smart-sourcing using multiple & latest hiring platforms
•  To onboard 3-4 Resources per month (Contract) 

Candidate's Profile:

·         Min 3+ years’ experience in SAP/IT Recruitment & Contract Staffing

·         Experience in client management preferred

·         Should not be working full-time & shall be available for long-term (Min 12 months)

·          Self-starter, Patience, Committed & Matured

·         Must have Entrepreneurship, patience, Honesty & determination

·         Getter approach, Receptiveness, Strong communication & listening skills

·         Readiness to work from home with daily 4 to 5 hrs time

·         Entrepreneurship Spirit with great level of patience
