· Well versed with recruitment life cycle RLC.
· Worked for IT (Artificial intelligence, Data Science & Data Engineer, ROR , Python , SDET, Angularjs, Reactjs, nodejs, meanstack, Azure, devops, IBM datapower, MsDynamics, WebUI, Game Development , Scrum master, cloud computing etc. ) & NON IT positions (Engineering , media & entrainment, Social media Or Digital marketing ,Embedded etc.)
· Experience in Client interaction is preferable ( JD explanation , candidates update , feedback details , positions details ) & maintaining a good relationship in terms for recruitment.
· Develop pro-active recruitment strategies and initiatives to meet ongoing hiring needs.
· Build and maintain a network of contacts to ensure a pipeline of talent is readily available.
· Understand and be able to utilize various forms of social media and internet resume mining.
