Job Description:
We're on the lookout for senior Java developer who will play a pivotal role in constructing Java applications, spanning from intricate back-end services to their client-end counterparts on desktop and mobile platforms. The primary focus of this role entails designing and developing these applications while collaborating seamlessly with the broader team operating on various infrastructure layers. Hence, a dedication to collaborative problem-solving, sophisticated design, and product quality is paramount. This is a full-time position offering excellent benefits.

Responsibilities :

Deliver and enhance high-quality applications and modules developed using Java/J2EE technologies, including Spring core modules, Dependency Injection, Spring MVC, and Spring Boot.
Write clean, functional code across the front-end, back-end, and database layers.
Design, develop APIs, and manage well-functioning databases and applications.
Define code architecture decisions for projects, ensuring a high-performance, scalable product and cross-platform optimization for mobile devices.
Design and document the software implementation in the Software Design Specification. Conduct design and code reviews to maintain architectural alignment and quality. Ensure responsiveness of applications and conduct performance tests.
Collaborate with the design team and work alongside graphic designers to implement superior web design features.
Guarantee high-performance application delivery and provide support. Optimize web designs for various screen ratios on desktops/laptops/mobiles/tablets and design user interactions on web pages. Create server environments and databases.
Collaborate effectively with engineers, researchers, and data implementation specialists to craft advanced, elegant, and efficient systems.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by contributing best practices, enforcing standards, and refining processes.
Ensure compliance of developed solutions with underlying solution architecture.
Support and maintain production digital applications by resolving production issues, tuning performance, and coordinating troubleshooting efforts.

Must-Have Technical Skills:

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Java development.
Strong proficiency in Java, with a good understanding of its ecosystem.
Experience with the Spring Framework and related technologies. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
Experience with database design and SQL. Familiarity with web application development and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
