Senior Lead Coordinator

We are looking for the candidates who are very much effective in connecting customers with our company in a pleasant way and making their queries clear and placing them in the right place for what they are really looking for. It is their duty to source the information from the customers and create tickets for further reference. Also it is important to manage a good cordial relationship with our sales team.

Responsibilities:

Escalating and routing the tickets to the next level.
Creating the opportunity against the sales query.
Frequently check the leads and reply on time.
Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly.
Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone.
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls email Marketing, Marketing Research, online lead generation.
All communication & follow-ups of all ongoing enquiries.
Providing the right information about the products to all the prospective customers.
Assigning the leads based on geographic segment and territories.
Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.
Requirements:

Good understanding of computer technology.
Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
Must Speak Hindi, English & Telugu.
Basic computer skills - MS office
Good understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
Graduate with minimum working experience of 2 years in the similar field.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Research skills, curiosity about business components
Prior knowledge in lead generation through cold/ warm calling in developed markets.
Plenty of energy and enthusiasm, as well as a passion for all things technology.
