Eligibility :  Deputation(including short-term contract): Officers under the Central or State Government or Union territories or Public Sector Undertaking or Universities or recognized research Institutions or Semi-Government or autonomous or statutory organizations:-(A) (i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department; or (ii) with three years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in level-7 (PB-2, 9,300-34,800 + Grade Pay Rs.4,600/-, pre-revised) in the Pay Matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or Department and; (B) possessing the following educational qualifications and experience:-(i) Degree in Textile Technology or Textile Engineering of a recognized University or Institute; (ii) three years practical experience as a Lecturer in a textile weaving Institute or as a Shift-in-charge/ Instructor in a textile production establishment or Corporation or Institute, out of which at least one year should be In handlooms. OR (i) Three years Diploma in Handloom Technology or three years Diploma in Handloom and Textile Technology from a recognized University or Institute. (ii) five years practical experience as a Lecturer in a textile weaving Institute or as a Shift-in-charge/ Instructor in a textile production establishment or Corporation or Institute out of which at least one year should have been in handlooms.
