Job Description

We are looking for a Legal Executive with minimum *2 years of work experience in Real Estate company.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Meeting with the complainants along with Internal Dept. officials for resolution of the matters.
  • Preparation of notices and their replies in respect of various forums.
  • Drafting Letters/Affidavits/Undertakings,Settlement Agreements in various matters, etc as and when required.
  • Ensure compliance of the orders passed by the court/forum.
  • Should be aware of RERA Compliance and documentation.
