Job Description

Senior Manager- Business Finance

Job Specifications :

1. IIT/NIT and MBA, or CA and MBA

2. 2-4 years- experience, preference in corporate financial planning and analysis role, start-up experience preferred.

3. Experience in planning, analysis and commercial support, financial systems implementation, financial reporting, budgeting, pricing and AOP

4. Hands-on experience with general ledger systems, budgets and financial planning and analysis processes 

5. Fluency in written and spoken English

6. Individual must demonstrate go-getter attitude, proactiveness, leadership qualities and be willing to take a hands-on approach 

7. Advanced technical skills with proficiency in MS office applications, financial systems and general ledger

8. Strong analytical skills, structured and accurate

9.Strong communication skills both written and oral, ability to articulate business models to stakeholders and board members/investors

10. Presentation skills

11.Solid business partner with the ability to dialogue, communicate at all levels 

12.rustworthy, ability  to deal with confidential information Experience with SQL is a strong plus
