Leads the HR functions of GATL by working closely with Functional Managers and ensure to provide the
required manpower to support the Business Operations without affecting the TAT.
● To Design and implement HR Strategies and Retention Strategies for the future growth of the Business and
Organization.
● This position will oversee the Talent Management Initiatives, HR Operations and Talent Development
activities for the active participation from the departmental colleagues and Line Managers.
● As a prime HR partner and interface with the departments for various Human Resource functions of GATL
to support the TAT (Turn Around Time) and Business Requirements
Ensure to provide manpower to support TAT without affecting Business
Operations (Replacements/New Positions/Contract Staff/Trainees)
Build & Drive Employee Experience Initiatives and establish GPTW culture
GPTW /EE activities , survey actions , score
Top down & Bottom up communication platforms – formal /informal (CEO
Communication Meet)
R & R Programs (Well Done Cards / Appreciations)
To finalize the questionnaire and conduct the Organizational Climate Survey
(OCS) – Share the assessment to Functional leaders for laying actions plant in
respect of improvement areas
Ensuring implementation of all corporate led interventions/communications at
business level
To drive and complete the Performance Management Process (PMP) in GATL
(goal setting, measurement and reward and promotions/market corrections)
