The Role Responsibilities

• Stakeholders Management and mentoring team members for effective deliveries.
• Practice sustainable incident response and blameless post-mortems.
• Should be able to perform support activities and handling the stakeholders end to end.
• Should be responsible for all Production bugs and its delivery.
• Incident Management and Change Management are the key tasks.
• Engage in and improve the whole lifecycle of services-from inception and design, through deployment, operation, and refinement.
• Support services before they go live through activities such as system design consulting, developing software platforms and frameworks, capacity planning and launch reviews.
• Maintain services once they are live by measuring and monitoring availability, latency, and overall system health.
• Scale systems sustainably through mechanisms like automation and evolve systems by pushing for changes that improve reliability and velocity.

• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.
• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. Must have:

Java, Spring, Struts,- Must Have

Unix, Shell Script

PL/SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle

Application Support,

Agile work, SRE transformation skill

Good Analytical and communication skill


Qualification

• Degree in Software Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Preferably 12-15 years of working experience in software development
• Strong Programming Background in any Language.
• Should have worked in Production environment and support with minimum 4-5 years
• Leadership quality and skills to manage agile tasks for bug fixes / release coordination from PSS.
• Should be able to transform into System Reliability Transformation journey.
