Senior Manager
Responsibilities:
· Coordinating office activities and operations.
· Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance.
· Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
· Create and update records with financial, client information and other data
· Submit daily status reports.
· Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
Requirement:
· Proven experience as an Office administrator or relevant role
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
· Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
