The candidate should have handled lending transactions,
preferably project funding transactions.
• Review and drafting of loan documents, security documents,
escrow arrangement and other undertakings required for the transaction.
• Review/drafting of down-sell documents.
• Review and drafting of non-disclosure agreements, MOUs.
• Negotiating documents with counterparty.
• Review of term sheets and providing comments.
• Interacting with other teams and law firms to close
comments/finalize the documents.
• Highlighting the risks to the organization to the
concerned teams.
• Provide solutions to day to day legal queries raised by
other teams.
• Advise on stamp duty for the transaction documents.
