Qualification: Master’s Degree in Finance /Economics/Commerce/Business Administration/Law/CA/ CS/ICWA/CFA/ Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from a recognized institute or university.

Five years of work experience (preferably in financial sector/administrative roles)

Age: Not more than 35 years as on the date of the notification 

Manager (Programs) / 1 post

Qualification:  Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized institute or university. Three years of work experience (preferably in financial sector)

Age:  Not more than 32 years as on the date of the notification 

Manager (IT) / 1 post

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in IT/ Computer Science or related fields from a recognized institute or university Three years of experience in IT (preferably in BFSI domain & web design/ web management)

Age: Not more than 32 years as on the date of the notification 

Assistant Manager / 4 posts

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized institute or university. Two years of experience (preferably in financial sector)

Age: Not more than 30 years as on the date of the notification
