SENIOR MANAGER- MARKETING

Location: Powai, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

Qualification:
  • BE/B.Tech/B.Com. from top universities. 
  • MBA/PGDM from Tier 1 Business School preferred
  • 1+ years of work experience in marketing
  • Team handling experience preferred

HOW YOU’LL RAMP:
In First Week...
  • Understand Toppr’s journey, mission, values, future outlook, and footprint across India.
  • Spend time with the Marketing, Sales and Product teams to get up-to-speed on Toppr’s offering, its competition, and future outlook.
By Day 30…
  • Explore and understand the different strategies to build up marketing in different cities.
  • Create a monthly leads plan based on the business requirement
  • Drive target setting for regional marketing teams and ensure targets are met
  • Negotiate with partners, vendors, and other external agencies to drive the ROI for marketing campaigns
By Day 90…
  • Coordinate with regional marketing teams across 20+ cities to generate high quality leads
  • Help the sales team to achieve revenue goals by delivering on your team’s monthly objectives/plans
