1. Develop understanding of consumers, competition and current market

conditions through primary and secondary research

2. Crafting marketing communication for products and campaigns, POP

sales creatives and implementation

3. Monitoring, reviewing and reporting of marketing activities and their

impact, including BTL activations and channel meets across the country for all

distribution channels

4. Managing loyalty program with desired impact internal & external

stakeholders

5. Managing Digital Marketing, website UX/ UI/ updation, Online and

Social Media campaigns & content, mobile & other digital projects/ properties

to target customer segment based on behavior and demographics

6. Managing and maintaining effective vendor relationships for

maintaining project cost effectiveness.
