Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our Product and Engineering team to take care of the user experience of the product through its entire product life cycle.
• Solve business problems by applying the relevant design methodologies, including translating concepts into the relevant deliverables to support the development of amazing products.
• Translate complex product requirements into intuitive user flows.
• Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to existing features, as well as, innovative new products
• Facilitate product vision by researching, conceiving, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences for digital products.
• Break a long-term user experience vision down into concrete steps for agile development.
• Prototype unique interaction models and then convert then into killer visual designs
• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs using data
• Define clear user flows and UI specifications for our Engineering teams
• Maintain design consistency and coherence across the product

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Interface designing for Mobile and/or Mobile-first web products
• Proficiency in Design tools like Adobe Suits, Sketch etc.
• Clear communication skills and an ability to tell compelling stories about your designs
• Passion to simplify products through design
• Comfort in a fast-paced, highly-dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
• A solid intuition for detailed interaction and visual design on your portfolio
