Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of business and IT stakeholders. - Experience and proven ability to deploy infrastructure, - Perform at an extremely high level project management competence - Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and leadership directly and deliver results - Ability to meet the delivery timelines, foreseen risks and issues and track to close meticulously - Ability to communicate effectively with globally distributed business and IT stakeholders. - Organized and attention to detail with strong written and oral communication - Ability to use and explore collaboration tools - Ability to understand the business requirements and ensure process discipline - Ability to recognize and implement improvement opportunities - Ability to leverage the skills and support the team members Skills Required: - IT infrastructure technical skills and knowledge of architecture standards - Knowledge on manufacturing processes Skills Preferred: - IT infrastructure technical architecture and hands-on experience on IT deliveries and implementations Experience Required: - Eight or more years of progressive experience in handling large scale infrastructure deployments projects for manufacturing and non-manufacturing Experience Preferred: Education Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - PMI or equivalent certification Education Preferred: Additional Safety Training/Licensing/Personal Protection Requirements: Additional Information :
