Job Description

Senior Project Assistant - Adm & Accts

Project Title: Real Time Monitoring and Embedded Analytics for Quality Traceability on Cold Chains for Sea Export of Agricultural Produce (IMPRINT-2)(QTS)

Vacancies: 1 post

Consolidated Compensation: Upto Rs.18000(depending upon qualification & experience)

Department/School/Centre: Industrial and Systems Engineering

Qualifications: M.Com/MBA (Finance) with 10 years relevant work experience in reputed organizations is must. Industry experience not below designation as Accounts officer/Manager/Project Clerk/executive secretary is highly desired. Proficiency in English (spoken and written) MS office and other digital medium.

Relevant Experience: Minimum 60% marks in master degree. Good knowledge in Tally ERP-9, BUSY-17, Photoshop CS-2, GST, income tax, TDS, audit, bill processing, letter drafting, maintain files and records, tender and purchase procedure, event management, budgeting, final accounts, report writing, UC and SoE as per SERB requirement.
