Job Description

The following Project staff positions are to be filled at this Institute:

1. Position / Level: Senior Project Associate

2. Project Duration: March 2023

3. No of Post: 01

4. Essential Qualification: A) Master’s in Geology B) 4 years’ experience in Paleomagnetism Or A) Ph.D (Geology) in the area of Paleomagnetism

5. Desirable (if any): Experience in paleomagnetic sampling and handling paleomagnetic instruments

6. Job requirements: Field work in Himalayan paleolakes, Sample measurements, data processing

7. Emoluments: 42000/-

8. CSIR-NGRI Advertisement No. NGRI-4/2021/PA/Rectt. Dated 07.05.2021

Age Limit:
40 years [relaxable upto 5 years of SC/ST and upto 3 years for OBC, 10 years for PwBD]
