a) Master of Public Health (MPH)/Master of Social Work from a recognised university or equivalent And

b) Four year experience in research and academic institution or science and technology institutions, scientific activities and services OR

c) PhD Degree in Public Health/Epidemiology OR

d) MD Community Medicine

4. Qualification & Experience (Desirable):

a.Experience in conducting community-based research

b.At least one research publication (first/corresponding author) in PubMed indexed journals

c.FamiIiarity with data analysis using R/STATA/SPSS in handling big datasets

d. Familiarity in using newer technologies in Health research

5. Consolidated remuneration: Rs. 42,000/- + 16% HRA per month

6. Tenure of Appointment: One year (Extendable) or till completion of the project, whichever is earlier.

7. Brief job description a. Implementing online tool for data collection. b. Training and management of field data collectors and data base management c. Provide periodic updates to the Principal Investigator(Pl) on the status of the project d. Periodic evaluation of the project data and preparing reports e. Job includes field supervision of the project staff posted in Thiruvananthapuram and Wayanad districts f. Any other task as assigned by Pl
