Essential Qualifications & Experience: Master Degree in Social Work (MSW) qualification is essential along with10 years business related experience. The applicant should have mandatory experience in (i)Formation of Producer Organization and management of FPO (Farmer Producer Organization); (ii) Craft-based livelihood creation specially in Bell Metal, Applique and Dhokra products and partnering with Odisha artisans for translocation training and design development; (iii) Business management and operation of Common Facility Centres (CFCs); (iv) Brand building for any agri or craft products, sales, and marketing; (v) Worked as CEO/ED of an organization, managing company affairs and filing of statutory returns; (vi)Development, editing, and publication of status papers (vii) Tribal rights work such as FRA, CFR, Water, and land rights for creating sustainable livelihoods and scaling up; (viii) Developing project proposals, Fund-Raising from Govt., Corporates/CSR, and Donors. (ix) Convergence of Govt. Programmes, liaison and coordination; (x) Funding agency/donor relationship management and reporting; (xi) Partnership management and building collaborations; (xii) Excellent Communication skills and proficiency in languages of English and Hindi. (xiii) Prior experience of working in Academic organization and establishing synergy between academic and institute outreach activities.

Pay Details: Level PR - O3: Salary range from Rs.58800 to Rs 109200 + Rs.10000.00/- Out Of Campus Allowance (if applicable) p.m.
