About the project: NNETRA is an initiative by Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology to push the frontiers of Nanoelectronics through basic research in this field, to engage in Nanoelectronics device and system

Essential Qualifications & Experience: a. B.Tech./M.Sc. + 6 years relevant experience /

M.Tech + 4 years relevant experience / 3+ years of hands-on experience in semiconductor design; experience in the following is desirable: tape-outs for analog/digital/mixed-signal/RF circuits, design and test tool setup and operation, documenting and presenting design and test results, working with fab teams

Job Profile: Design tool setup; circuit design and tapeout, interaction with device (fab) technologists and system designers; documentation, presentation, research/business proposal writing

Pay Details: Level O1: Salary Range from Rs.67000 to Rs. 91000 + Rs.8000.00/- Out Of Campus Allowance (if applicable) p.m.
