Job Description

Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur (IIT Kharagpur) invites application for the position Senior Project Scientist

No. of Post: 01

Consolidated Compensation: Upto Rs. Upto Rs.65000(depending upon qualification & experience) (depending upon qualification & experience)

Qualifications for the post: PhD (Physics/Material Sc/Nanotechnology) + at least 3 yrs postdoc experience.

Experience: Experience in optical and e-beam lithography, nanomaterial synthesis and characterisation. Experience in successful implementation of project as PI

Department/School/Centre: Nano Science and Technology

Sponsor: Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology(R and D in Electronics Group, Nanotechnology Initiatives Division, Government of India Electronics Niketan, 6, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi - 110003)

Project Title: Indian Nanoelectronics Users Program-Idea to Innovation (INUP I2I)(I2I)

Selected candidates shall be allowed to register for MS/PhD subject to their fulfillment of the requirement for MS/PhD admission in IIT Kharagpur.

Age Limit: 38 years

Application Fees: Application fee of Rs. 100/- (Not for female candidates) shall be deposited in the following bank account through RTGS/NEFT/NET Banking etc. The transaction details(UTR No./Transaction ID) shall be given the application form
