Senior / Python Developer - Backend (3-5 Years)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop backend platform of loan management system

• Automate loan origination, underwriting and disbursal process 

• Develop data acquisition processes to collect, organize and store structured and unstructured data from online, offline data sources

• Develop recommendation rule engine algorithm based lending criteria of Bank & NBFC, credit bureau, and other alternate data sources in collaboration with data science team 

• Integrate Third party API’s in to our lending system for real time verification of personal identification, residence & office location.

• Develop appropriate mobile/web-based APIs to integrate with all leading Banks, bureaus and financial institutions

• Build databases, creating and maintaining automated work on existing and new product features right from Specification, Development, QA, Release 

• Develop database architecture, data processing and warehouse systems 

• Review code, automate functional testing for quality assurance process

• Design server-less functions using AWS Lambda and micro-service architecture

Skills

• Experience in managing the software development lifecycle and agile software practices

• Knowledge of Software Development Tools like Amazon Web Services and Task Queues

• Strong python knowledge - core language, libraries (standard library, collections, requests),packaging

• Strong Python and Django framework development experience

• Experience with Python, Django, or data science toolkits (pandas, scikit, sparkML)

• Knowledge of AWS Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway

• Expert knowledge on web protocols like grpc, REST, SOAP, XML-RPC etc

• Database Knowledge of RDBMS, Postgres, SQL, NoSQL databases such as Cassandra, MongoDB

• Experience with backend testing using Selenium
