Job Description

Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) invites application for the position Senior Reception Officer

Pay Band + Grade Pay: Pay Matrix of Level 6 Rs.35,400-1,12,400 ( Rs.9300-34800+ Grade| Pay Rs.4200/- (pre-revised)

Eligibility Conditions: Officers of Central Government or state Government or Union territories or universities or recognized research institutions or public sector undertakings or autonomous organisations:-
(a) (i) holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or
(ii) with six years of regular service in a post carrying pay in level-5 (Rs 29200-92300) in the pay matrix, and
(b) possessing the following educational qualification and experience - 
i) Bachelor Degree from any recognized University or institute; one year experience in work related to reception duty.

Desirable: Certificate or Diploma course in computers of minimum one year duration from a recognised institute.

Age Limit: The maximum age limit for appointment on deputation shall not exceed 56 years as on the last date of receiving of the applications.
