Job description:

  • We are currently hiring Senior US Technical Recruiter with the desire to build a career in the IT consulting industry. 
  • As a Senior US Technical Recruiter, you will use your proven technical recruiting background to identify talent, execute the recruiting process and help drive the business forward.

Primary Skills:

  • Prior Experience in US Recruitment and Team Handling.
  • Must Have excellent Verbal and Written communication skills.
  • Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
  • Sourcing from Job Portals and Making job postings on the Job Portal.
  • Well versed about US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.
  • Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.

Secondary Skills: Should be active in LinkedIn to pull Leads and other online recruiting tools.
