Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and Screening of  profiles for client needs
• Interview Coordination
• Maintaining database
• Client follow-ups
• Regular candidate connect till onboarding

Experience and skills:

• 5-8 Years of Experience
• Any graduate
• Proven experience in the BFSI sector or into Non- IT recruitment
• Mandatory to have good communication
• Preferred candidates from Chennai and  immediate joiners

Interview rounds:

• Telephonic with HM and Video discussion with Business Head
