Job Description

Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology (SCTIMST) invites application for the position Senior Research Fellow

Project entitled Development of device for Non Invasive Continuous measurement of Jugular Venus Saturation. (P-5430)

No of Post: 01

Qualification & Experience (Essential) : M. Tech in Clinical / Biomedical / Electronics and Biomedical Engineering from a Recognised University. NET / GATE or Equivalent. 2 years research experience in Industrial / Academic / Science and Technology Organisations.

Qualification & Experience (Desirable): Experience in infrared, optics and ultrasound is preferred. Minimum 6 months experience in area of Biomedical Device Development or Testing or Service.

Consolidated remuneration: 35,000 + 16% HRA per month

Tenure of Appointment: One year or till completion of the project, whichever is earlier.

Brief job description: Assist in development of sensor, •assembly, monitoring device and testing and validation of the functions and safety aspects involvement during clinical testing is desired.

Nature of appointment: Temporary (Purely on contract)

Age Limit: Maximum age limit as on 31.07.2021: 35 years
