Job Description

Translational Health Science and Technology Institute (THSTI) invites application for the position Senior Research Officer

No of Post: One post

Name of the Project: GARBHINI- India Pregnancy Risk Stratification (IPRS) Platform Agreement (GIPA)

Salary: Upto Rs. 90,000/-

Qualification and Experience:
(i) PhD or MD or M Tech in any area of Medicine/ Life Sciences/ Biostatistics/ Computational Biology with minimum of two year of post-qualification experience in Data Science, Immunology, Genetics, Biology or Biomedical Engineering
(ii) Strong numerical aptitude and quantitative skills in analysing omics data (bioinformatic and predictive analysis) as evidenced by peer-reviewed publications.
(iii) Proficiency in either R of Python programming language

Job Responsibilities:
(i) The selected candidate will be expected to independently lead data analysis of multi-omics data from human clinical samples.
(ii) The candidate should have experience in using omics data (metabolomics, genomics, and proteomics) for predictive and mechanistic pathway analysis for clinical outcomes

Age Limit: 35 Years
