Essential Qualification & Experience for Tutor/Senior Resident: A Medical qualification as included in schedule I & II of MCI Act. M.C.WDCl-(For Dentistry) recognized P.G. qualification of MD/MS/MDS-(For Dentistry) in specialization concerned or allied Surgical/ Medical specialty. A postgraduate Medical Degree viz. MD in Emergency Medicine. from a recognized University/lnstitute. For the Of Medical Emergency in case of non-availability of candidate with Emergency Medicine qualification, candidates with M.D. Medicine will be considered for theses posts. and interview/examination will be held separately for this post. For which separate application is required to be submitted with separate fee. Medical Council.

Note: Reservation benefit shall be applicable to Bihar State Domicile candidate only and the applicant from out-side the State of Bihar will not be entitled for the reservation.

Age Limit:Upper Age Limit: 45 (Forty Five) years as on 30-09-2020 (Relaxation as per State Govt. Rule, i.e., 05 years for SC/ST, 03 vears of EBC/BC and 03 years for all categories of Female Candidate).

The cost of application form:- Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand) and Rs. 250/- (Rupees Two Hundred 6 Fety) for SC/ST/EBC candidate (Non-Refundable) payable to The Director. IGIMS, at Patna, in the form of Demand Draft. Those who downloads the application form, from Institute website, shall have to submit a demand draft of Rs.1000/- or Rs.250/- (As Applicable) in favour of Director, IGIMS, payable at Patna.

IGIMS was established on 19th November 1983, as an autonomous organisation on the pattern of All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. The objective was to provide super specialty medical facilities in Bihar. On 27th January 1983 Cabinet approved the completion of this massive project in 4 phases within a span of six (6) years. According to the decision of State Government, 130.20 Acres of land was transferred to IGIMS.
