You will be handing a lead towards properties that we take and below is your role and responsibility

• Need 3 years of minimum experience in real Estate Sales
• Thorough knowledge of real estate sales and documentation

• Working knowledge of going to various offices for procuring documents related to the transaction
• Responsible for handling all calls ( leads) that are assigned to you by the marketing team. Update the system after understanding lead requirements
• Send property recommendation as per the client's requirement
• Organize site visits and show shortlisted properties to the client.
• Negotiate and close the deal
• Complete all paperwork and handover of the property
• Update system for post-sales work
• Meet Monthly Targets set by the company

Compensation:

Fixed: 3.2 lakhs to 3.6 lakhs per annum
Variable: As defined by the company and on meeting monthly targets
Reimbursement: Fuel will be reimbursed for client-related travel

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹320,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
