Requirements:
- Help plan and manage the budget for the co-working space, marketing activities, and member engagement activities.
- To generate leads from given database & Identify decision makers within targeted leads and initiate the sales process.
- Understand the target companies- business needs, develop proposals and accurately articulate our value proposition at the executive level.
- Develop and implement best practices in their market to maximize lead generation, prospecting, pipeline creation and conversion rates across industries
- Outside the box thinking to develop new and unique sales tactics
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of our offerings while staying current in understanding the competitive landscape and industry trends.
- Use a variety of marketing channels to reach your target audiences, including inbound marketing, referral marketing, lead creation, and customer reviews.
- Working on Targets and Budgets.
- Planning the Financials of the team, planning the Targets for a team and making the team achieving the targets as well as working on personal targets and Closures.
- Conduct Sales Meetings with clients.
- Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting.
- Create Sales Pitch and Materials.
- Work on sales scripts with agent.
- Keep Track of Communication with Clients.
- Work With Managing Director on Marketing Plan.
- 6 Days working
- Salary - As per company standard + allowances
- Notice Period - Immediate
- Location - Bangalore, Mysuru
