Job Description

  • We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our team and independently lead the department!
  • The candidate for this position should be extremely self motivated, eager to perform, willing to work from scratch, understand a startup environment and willing to dedicate and assist in the overall growth of the organization.  
  • He/She will excel at creating leads and closing new opportunities while achieving set targets. He/She will be directly working with the founder and other team members. 
  • He/She would be responsible to identify the market, create market approach strategies, funnels and establish metrics to yield maximum quality leads and give closures. 
  • You should have extra ordinary customer service skills and use a consultative approach to selling. 
  • This person will use their expertise to create/identify leads, leading to sales opportunities with new customers.   
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Generate quality leads Successfully create business from new customer accounts
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives and business owners
  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
  • Key client management
  • Identify the problems for the overall development in product
  • Establish key metrics and KPI's Outside sales Inside sales Create Quotations
  • Experience in tender submissions is a plus
  • Able to travel frequently to meet clients in different cities
  • Responsible for quarterly planning of growth targets of new customer acquisition and revenue along with the senior management.Be responsible for defining customer target groups and potential, industry and category potential in the region.
  • Responsible for drawing up action plans (weekly, monthly & quarterly) and execute the same to achieve the growth targets.
  • Responsible for analyzing customer potential, industry and category potential and competitors – and determine strategies for the same
  • Responsible for presenting our partner products and services to existing and potential customers
  • He / She will be responsible for timely collection and follow up on critical outstanding payments

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 3-4 years' quota carrying B2B sales experienceProven track record of over-achieving targetsExperience and working knowledge of CRM systemsMBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing or equivalentExcellent linguistic skills both spoken and written (Local language would be a plus) 

**Should have a Two wheeler
