Job Description

We are looking for a professional Real Estate Agent, Specially from a Real Estate Industry.He/she will be responsible for generating sales revenue. As Sales Agent will be responsible to interact with potential clients and doing site visits and help clients in buying real estate as per their specific needs through our unique need-based identification sales process. You will get monthly quarterly incentives on your performance and Additionally, you will collaborate with company executives to develop strategic plans for business growth based on short-term and long-term goals, communicate those goals with your team leader and achieve your goals. Preferably from Real estate background. Meet and advise clients on real-estate solutions
Responsibilities and Duties
Coordinate with the Sales/Marketing team for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers. Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties.Team Handling RoleSchedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targetsEstablishing, maintaining and expanding your customer baseIncreasing business opportunities through various routes to marketCompiling and analyzing sales figuresCollecting customer feedback and market researchPresent purchase offers to sellers for consideration.Negotiate prices or other sales terms.Coordinate property closings, overseeing the signing of documents and disbursement of funds.Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers’ needs and financial resources.Contact property owners and advertise services to solicit property sales listings.Sale / Purchase / Renting of Residential Properties in GurgaonWorking on verified Leads, confirmed inventory, arranging site visits and closing the deals. Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets. Coordinate with the Sales/Marketing team for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers. Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties.
