-High in response rate and ensures that all assigned leads are handled/addressed adequately.
-Excellent customer focus & strong communication skills, self-driven and has a passion to pursue a career in travel.
-Strong negotiation skills.
-Ability to work in pressure can build a strong relationship with clients.
-Minumum 1 Year Experience from the travel industry is required.
-Communication and customer-first approach.
-Proven expertise in sales-oriented set up.
-Comfortable selling international and domestic holiday experiences.
-Highly motivated individuals who can deliver continuously under a target driven sales environment.
